Queue is the live campaign, lowest number first. Unapproved dates slide so the first open slot is today (NZ), then every 2 days. Approve locks a send time (next half-hour in working hours, or next weekday start). Agent can set a date and optional time. Publish live still posts immediately. Park extras in Future use.

Graph Explorer tokens die in about an hour. To stop that: paste App ID + App Secret,
paste a fresh User token (Generate Access Token, with
pages_show_list and pages_manage_posts), Save, then
Make long-lived Page token. That writes a SIL Page token that should not expire on a clock.

Working hours
Approved posts send in New Zealand time. Same working day: next half-hour. After hours or weekend: next working day start. Friday after hours → Monday start. Agent-set times are kept. No time from Agent → these hours apply.
Timezone is Pacific/Auckland (NZST/NZDT). Not adjusted for public holidays.
