Terms of use

These Terms of Use govern access to CMS Admin (CMS-Marketing) (“the app”), operated by Stealth Installations Limited (“SIL”, “we”, “us”). By signing in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app

The app is an internal SIL marketing workspace. It lets authorised staff maintain product briefs, talk to the Grok Agent, generate Studio media, and draft Facebook posts. Live publishing to the SIL Facebook Page is allowed only for Super Admin or Admin accounts after a human Approve, and only when the live-publish switch is on. The Agent cannot publish.

Who may use it

Only people we invite and give an account may sign in. You must keep your password confidential and tell us if you think it is compromised. We may disable an account at any time.

This is not a public social network. Members of the public use https://www.sil.kiwi.nz and the SIL Facebook Page, not this app.

Your responsibilities

Use the app only for SIL’s legitimate marketing and operations.
Do not post content you do not have the right to publish.
Do not attempt to publish to Facebook except through Approve / Publish live.
Do not share Page tokens, App secrets, or other people’s passwords.
Comply with New Zealand law and with Meta’s Terms of Service, Platform Terms, and Developer Policies when you use Facebook features.

Content

Copy, images, and videos you create in the app remain SIL’s business records. When you Approve or Publish live, you instruct us to send that content to Meta for display on the SIL Page. You confirm you have the rights needed for that publish.

Facebook / Meta

Connecting the SIL Page and publishing uses the Meta app CMS - Marketing. Posts created while that Meta app is in Development mode may be visible only to people with a role on the app. Switching the Meta app to Live is required before the public can see API posts. SIL is responsible for that switch in the Meta App Dashboard.

Availability and liability

The app is provided for SIL’s internal use “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that a scheduled Facebook send will succeed (Meta, the network, or a turned-off publish switch can block it). To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Stealth Installations Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

Privacy

How we handle personal and Platform Data is described in the Privacy policy. That policy includes how to request deletion (support@sil.kiwi.nz).

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction.
